Terms  - €800+VAT, allowing unlimited attempts with chilled or frozen semen, for one named mare in one breeding season. If the mare is certified not pregnant before the end of September then a 50% credit applies to spend on a Schockemoehle / Helgstrand covering the following year. If the first AI of the year is July 1st or later, the credit the following year is 100%.

Please note: Schockemöhle prioritise mares on site in Germany for chilled semen from their stallions, so popular stallions may be unavailable in the peak of the season with no notice. We strongly advise that you have a second-choice stallion in mind also standing at Schockemöhle, in case your first-choice stallion cannot be supplied.

Information

About -Here the well-tried genetics of the Castle Cup winner Vitalis unite with the fabulous damline of the Gesine.

Viva Vitalis presented itself at its licensing in 2021 in Redefin and from the outset demonstrated exceptional gaits.  A dressage stallion with free moving and harmonious carriage and an active hind leg underpinned with excellent natural balance. Consequently, Viva Vitalis was highlighted by the Körkommission as the winning stallion.

Sire -The father Vitalis, was colt winner in the Netherlands in 2007, reserve winner of the NRW licensing in 2009, HLP dressage index winner in 2010, placed at the Dressage Horse World Championships and the Pavo Cup final in 2012, champion in the USA in 2013 and qualified again for the Dressage Horse World Championships with a record number of points and in 2014 at the age of seven won at international Small Tour.

Back in Germany in 2016, Vitalis won the Burg-Pokal final in Frankfurt and the Stallion of the Year competition at Inter I level at the World Cup in Ermelo/NED. Soon 70 of his sons were licensed. The first offspring are successful in Grand Prix dressage, such as the Louis d'or Prize final runner-up Valencia AS and the Aachen winner and Otto Lörke Prize winner Valesco/both under Fabienne Müller-Lütkemeier, the Compiègne winner Vamos Amigos/Cathrine Dufour/DEN and the German U25 champion Vinay NRW/Ellen Richter.

Damline -The mother Furtherance is a full sister to the Oldenburg winning stallion, main prize winner, Burg-Pokal finalists, VTV dressage stallion and Grand Prix-successful For Romance I OLD, the seven-year-old already internationally placed For Romance II, the licensed For Romance III de la gesse and the Oldenburg winner mare, Bundeschampioness and P.S.I. prize record holder Fasine OLD, who in turn the licensed Fasino (v. Foundation) and the mare A la Fasine (v. Apache), Mother of the licensed HP Valentino and Vincello (both from Vitalis), brought. Furtherance himself brought our licensed stallion Go for Romance PS (v. Governor).

The dam sire, Fürst Romancier was fourth at the Dressage Horse World Championships and the Federal Championships, received the main prize and delivered over 30 licensed sons, including the kör and main prize winner For Romance I OLD and the premium stallion For Romance II. Her full sister St.Pr.St. Fasine OLD was Oldenburg winning mare, national champion and P.S.I. prize record holder.

The grandmother El.St. Gesina also provided our winning stallion Feinrich and the Oldenburg winning mare Princess Gesine (both from Prince Heinrich), who became the mother of the licensed Visino PS (v. Vitalis) and Montrachet PS (v. Morricone I). In pairing with De Niro, Gesina brought the licensed Desino and with Bordeaux still the British Dressage Champion and up to the Light Tour placed Mount St. John Best of all, which in turn became mother of the Vice National Champion and Federal Championship Fifth Best of Mount St. John OLD (v. Prince Romancier) and the licensed stallion MSJ Q (v. Quantum Leap). The Gesina daughter Vesina PS (v. Vivaldi) brought the licensed stallion Sebastino PS (v. Secret).

Through the third father Sir Donnerhall I and the fourth Don Schufro, there are interesting lines to the "sire of the century" Donnerhall and the no less formative half-blooded Sandro in the back generations of the pedigree of Viva Vitalis.

The great-grandmother Gesine brought the 1st reserve winner Vivaldi's Schufro (v. Vivaldi) and the Amadeus de l'Aubois (v. Der Designer), which covers in France. Her daughter Sadira de Malleret (v. Sir Donnerhall I) brought Helen Langehanenberg's S-winner Zaeta de Malleret (v. Zonik).
From this line also comes the important Voltaire.
